Lia Rose

There are people you just know you were meant to meet. Like Lia Rose. Like Lia and her beautiful husband Remco. [The story of how they found each other just about knocked me flat, but it is theirs to tell; you should ask them about it.] When I met them a few years ago at Cafe du Nord, I was instantly charmed. We’ve kept in touch through tours and travels, and I recently had the honor of taking new images for Lia’s upcoming album. Scouting a few months ahead, I suggested a park that I loved. Every time I would picture her, it was in the same spot, though it wasn’t the most convenient - turned out to be only a mile away from where she had played her very first show. Again… some things are just meant to be.
