Argentina444 continues to establish itself as the purveyor of the best of all things. Empanadas flown up from Los Angeles, tango dancers flown up from Buenos Aires, and the all-star roster of chefs from LA, San Francisco, Buenos Aires, and right here in Seattle. Everyone shared their enthusiasm for the upcoming trips + we discussed cuisine until late in the evening.
After celebrating with invited guests at the private party at Licorous we migrated next door to Lark for a delicious meal; plate after plate of local vegetables paired with sardines, prosciutto, foie gras, veal ravioli, foraged mushrooms. Rover’s chef Thierry Rautureau and his wife joined our table; people were coming by to take photos of the extraordinary gathering of chefs.
